I'll be have foods made by yours truly, including my interpretation of Reuben sandwiches with pastrami cured entrecote, sauerkraut, Alpine farmers' cheese and polenta rye sourdough, and a vegan alternative of burritos with funky black beans (a touch of Chinese fermented black beans as I like to add), my famous kimchee, and sumac Spanish rice (vegetarians can have this with a bit of funky cheese).
