These are exciting times. Bretty Fingers was born out of a love for all things fermented, not just beer. So soon, I will also be sharing with everybody all that I ferment, like lacto-fermented pickled vegetables, kimchee, hot sauce, and even venturing into cheesemaking. I'm working on collaborations with growers and farmers as well as refining recipes, and will be releasing them in the near future; so be on the lookout!
